• Each individual Orleans candle is hand-poured in the United States. Since 2002, we have mastered the art of wax candle making with our unique fragrances.

  • Angel -An intoxicating blend of Vanilla Bean, Coconut Milk, White Jasmine, and Patchouli. From the Exotic Floral fragrance family.

  • Ambre Lavender-A rich blend of Lemon Leaf, French lavender, Shaved Nutmeg, Basil and Warm Amber, Patchouli, and Musk.

  • No. 9 - Sandalwood and Patchouli blended with Lush White Florals, Warm Vanilla, and Musk. From the Exotic Floral fragrance family.

  • Jazz-Top notes of Bergamot and Green notes, followed by a middle note of Sheer Floral Accord. Base note blend of Moss and Woods. Part of the Woody fragrance family.

  • Cashmere - Soft cashmere and luminous night blooming jasmine wrapped with warm sandalwood, vanilla, and musk. From the Ozonic fragrance family.

  • Fine Linens- A delight of bright orange blossom, freshly picked cotton, and musk. From the Ozonic fragrance family.

  • Carnival- Luscious Strawberry with green notes to make a first impression. Sweet Jasmine, Soothing Vanilla and Musk follow to create a statement.

  • Creme Brulee-A delectable treat of heavy cream, vanilla bean, and toasted sugar. From the Gourmand fragrance family.

  • Paris-Blooming florals and citrus intertwined with jasmine and a subtle spice. Complete with an intoxicating blend of woody undertones, amber, mossy accents, and earthy nuances, creating a captivating allure that lingers beautifully throughout the day.

  • Sandalwood and Leather-A rich blend of Spiced Leather, Fresh Bark, and Cedar Forest wrapped in an intoxicating fusion of Oakmoss, Warm Musk, and Sandalwood create this woody fragrance.

Hand-wash warm. Tumble dry low. This product has been washed at the factory after sewing to minimize fabric shrinkage.

Return Eligibility Requirements

• If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date.
• Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free. Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
• Final Sale items will not be accepted for return. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria:

1. Items within our Final Sale Collection/ Seasonal Items (Mardi Gras, Christmas, etc.)
2. Shoes
3. Intimates (i.e. Self-Adhesive Bras, Bodysuits), Face Masks, and Jewelry
4. Hats and Beanies
5. Any items marked 20% off or more at time of sale
6. Coupon codes used 20% off or more
7. Final sale coupon code items

How To Make a Return

• Must be postmarked within 10 days from the order fulfillment date.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. 
• Once we receive your items, we will issue you a store credit/gift card or credit on our website for the price of the item and applicable tax. Shipping charges are non-refundable

Manually Mailing a Return

• Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse!
• Return for store credit must be postmarked within 10 days of the order fulfillment date.
• Return shipping costs for manually mailed returns are the customer’s responsibility.
• Please provide either the original receipt or include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package.
• Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt, and you will be e-mailed when we process your return!
• Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable.
• If an ineligible item(s) is returned to us:

1. Returns postmarked after 10 days from the order fulfillment date will only be issued store credit and are subject to a restocking fee as long as these items are otherwise able to be resold (not worn, damaged, stained, etc.). This restocking fee is equal to 20% of the original purchase price or $6/item whichever is greater.
